Kitty became ETS Director in August, 2007. She has worked in the educational setting for over 30 years. She has a BS-BYU (1975) and MEd-SUU (2000). Kitty has an Arizona teaching certificate with endorsements in Early Childhood and Special Education. She was an Academic Advisor at Salt Lake Community College, Disability Resource Coordinator at Dixie State College and with TRiO at UT since 2007. She is the mother of 7 children and the 2nd of 11 children in her family. She is a registered member of the Comanche Tribe in Oklahoma where she was born. She received all of her secondary schooling in New Jersey and would have qualified for ETS when she was in “Junior High” in New Jersey. She loves working with ETS students and the advisors. She also loves to quilt and visit her 24 grandchildren.
